This Privacy Policy is designed to help you clearly understand what personal data we collect when you use Digitals.Mobi (the “Platform”), why we process it, and how we protect it.

For the purposes of this document:

  • “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Digitals Mobi., a company incorporated under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
  • “you” refers to you, the user.

By accessing or using the Platform or any service provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Our Principles

Privacy is a core principle that defines the development of all services provided by the Company.

Digitals.Mobi is a privacy-focused, non-custodial platform powered by the fully decentralized TON blockchain. The Company is committed to not collecting or processing any personal or identifiable user data that is not strictly necessary to operate the Platform and provide its services.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Wallet and Account Data

The Platform does not require account registration. Authentication is handled via connection to your TON wallet.

  • We do not collect, store, or process data that links your wallet to your IP address, browser, device, or any other identifiable information.
  • No KYC, email, phone number, or personal information is collected.

2.2 Transaction History

  • All transactions, including the purchase, transfer, and sale of Digitals Mobi Numbers, are recorded on the public, immutable TON blockchain.
  • The Platform references the blockchain to verify ownership of Anonymous Numbers but does not store transaction data off-chain.

2.3 Usage Preferences

  • The Platform may store local preferences related to your user interface (e.g., theme, language, selected filters).
  • This data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted or stored by the Company.

2.4 Anonymous Technical Data

  • To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, the Platform may temporarily collect anonymized metadata such as IP address, browser user-agent, and device type.
  • This data is never linked to your TON wallet, transaction history, or any identifiable information.
  • Such data, if collected, is stored for no longer than 6 months and used solely for security and operational purposes (e.g., rate limiting, DDoS protection).

2.5 How You Use Your Numbers

  • Once purchased, Digitals Mobi Numbers are blockchain assets owned by your wallet.
  • The Company does not track how or where you use your numbers beyond verifying ownership for login code delivery.
  • Usage on third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • The Platform does not store funds, does not manage wallets, and does not link transactions to IP addresses or device data.
  • The only information processed relates to temporary technical metadata (outlined in 2.4) and is used to:
    • Prevent abuse
    • Improve platform performance
    • Comply with applicable legal requirements

4. Sharing of Your Data

  • The Company does not collect or store personal data, purchase history, or identifiable user activity.
  • As such, it is technically impossible for us to share such data with any third parties.
  • All ownership records are public and verifiable on the TON blockchain.

    • In the event of a valid legal request (e.g., court order), we may share aggregated anonymous usage statistics, which cannot be traced back to any wallet, user, or transaction.

5. Your Rights

  • Since we do not collect or store personal data, you do not need to request deletion or modification of your information.
  • You may stop using the Platform at any time to opt out of this policy.

6. Third-Party Services

  • The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as TON wallets and messaging platforms.
  • This Privacy Policy does not govern your use of those third-party services.
  • Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion.
  • Significant changes will be posted under this section.
  • It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
